Lobo Movie gets Another Director, Again.
According to TheDeadline, Brad Peyton is to write and direct the Lobo film. In other news, Sin City 2 is in the works and water is wet. You’ll forgive my cynicism, but we’ve been hearing about a Lobo flick for so long now it’s hard to get excited about the guy who did Cats & Dogs 2 taking this on; Guy Ritchie was a risky choice, but he at least made grownup movies… Frankly, if this is the value Warner Bros. are putting on this property, they can expect the commensurate amount of respect back from the fans: None.
